Tom Aloisi taloisi@envsc.org, Leadership and Enhanced Assistance Program (LEAP) Manager.  Tom has over 15 years experience in public health work, including developing public information programs and HIV prevention curricula.  He has provided training on HIV Counseling and Testing, Harm Reduction, Tobacco Control, GLBT issues and other topics. Before joining ESC, Tom worked for the Vermont Department of Health, and the Management.
