There are three different tracks within the Training and Organizational Assistance Program.

• Individual Organization Assistance - provides funds to develop a single organization's internal capacity. 

• Group Training Assistance - brings a number of groups together to train them collectively on a particular skill that they can take back their own organizations.

• Coalition-Building Assistance - strengthens management or infrastructure of an existing coalition as a whole.  To be eligible, the coalition must have a governing body, work on environmental issues, have clear goals, and include at least four organizations which are eligible for Environmental Support Center programs. 

Depending on your organizations' needs you may want to apply for an individual subsidy or flesh out a longer term project.
