Due to funding restrictions at this time the Environmental Support Center can only fund TOA requests from organizations that fit very limited criteria. Groups should be:

• Based in one of the following geographic areas:

1. the Delaware Valley (Greater Philadelphia and portions of the Delaware, Schuylkill and Chesapeake Bay watersheds),
2. the greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area,
3. the San Francisco Bay area,
4. the state of Wisconsin, or
5. one of the states in the Northwestern part of the country

• Or working on issues affecting the Mississippi River, or affecting freshwater east of the Mississippi
• Or representing environmental justice organizations in Seattle or Ohio
• Or grantees of the True North or Bullitt Foundations (in the Pacific Northwest)

This list isn’t comprehensive, and will grow over the coming months.  We will post changes as they occur.  Organizations that fit our general eligibility guidelines are urged to speak with our staff before submitting an application.
